Build a new veterinary practice system for ASPCA’s Department of Community Medicine practice from the ground-up.
I joined this project after an ethnographic study of current paper processes had been completed and worked with the team to complete system flowcharts and wireframes to capture all elements of the MVP for different kinds of pet visits. Following completion of the wireframes I designed a Feature Testing usability exercise for vets in various ASPCA locations to test the new software. I designed this testing with role-playing scenarios to make sure the software could be successful in a real life environment. Findings from this study were prioritized and incorporated into a Product Roadmap for immediate sprint cycles or future enhancements. This software has successfully launched and serves multiple locations in the United States.
