For this project we completely redesigned the Ford Accessories website utilizing Endeca and Magento services. My responsibility on this project was to architect the website and eCommerce experience. Following this work, I oversaw a usability study and card sort study on a prototype of the new website.
Following the 2011 launch the site had the following successes noted:
– 200% increase in revenue
– 46% increase in traffic
– 200% increase in completed orders
