Redesign the Grounded Solutions website following the merger of several organizations into a new brand and consolidate their resources into a new library.
I joined this project after the Strategy phase was complete. I started with a UX workshop for brand positioning exercises to work out new messaging and content prioritization. I also did some guerrilla research on proposed navigation before moving into the wireframe phase. Following the website launch I also conducted user training to introduce our clients to their new Drupal-based content management system.
