The Ask

Conduct user research, stakeholder workshops, and develop personas to assist Princeton University Libraries with future strategic decision making. Additionally, help Princeton University Library staff develop their own UX skills to carry the work forward.

Solution

I oversaw the design of a web survey, designed an end-user Design Thinking workshop, designed and facilitated a stakeholder workshop to analyze all the activity results and gather their input ahead of the final assembly of the Personas.
